The first one is it helps with depression and anxiety it’s been proven that daily just it doesn’t have to be much but 30 minutes a day daily exercise is a proven mood booster it helps with feelings of happiness helps with anxiety and depression.

The next point is it decreases stress and makes us feel generally happier the third point is that it makes us it helps increases self-esteem and self-confidence.
